I’m Danny Langloss, and like you, I’ve spent the past 20 years on the front lines leading in the trenches. Throughout this time, I’ve learned that leadership is not for the faint of heart. It’s complex and challenging.

As a detective sergeant, I had to keep my team motivated and empowered despite the burnout caused by long hours and traumatic incidents. We created a resilient team that consistently outperformed their peers and were energized to serve victims and their families.

When I was promoted to police chief, I inherited a toxic and divided culture. Through vision, listening, clear expectations, and strong leadership, we created an inclusive culture and became one of the most desired places to work in the region.

Later, as the City Manager, I joined a fractured and siloed team that lacked purpose, connection, and direction. Within months, we created a team united through purpose, fully committed to delivering their best for our community. Today, this team is guided by the values of “Commitment to Excellence” and “Here to Serve.”

Sponsored by Telindus EVP and Belgacom's ISIT Director to spearhead the SAP  implementation covering business processes 'Quote to Cash' for an ICT service provider. SAP modules stemmed from CRM, MDM, PS, C-projects and the classical ERP modules for finance, logistic, and procurement.

Program Lead - SAP Implementation Lead to Cash for ICT Global Services

Mandated by the COO & VP IT/Network  to rescue the Order Management Project. Managed a virtual project team composed of 150 IT prof & business rep along with 2 integrators (Amdocs and Infosys) offering offsite development from within 3 different sites (Israel, Prague and India).
The project covered the “end to end”  fulfillment process for all traditional Telco products plus new arrivals such as  IPTV and concepts of agnosticism. 
Responsible for the implementation of the IT solution and training  involving  4500+ employees, (from Call Centers, Point of Sales, to Network operational teams including technicians). 
In parallel also developed a new “Fulfillment Architecture” providing Belgacom with the framework on which to leverage the current implementation while securing future business developments

Program Director - Order Management and Provisioning System Implementation

Mandated by the ISIT Director to lead the implementation of a program portfolio of 45M EUR in investments including the implementation of an enterprise-wide CRM for all channels representing approx 3500 employees (call centers, point of sales and face to face sales rep). 
Managed a virtual project team composed of 90 IT professional and business representatives. 
Implemented a CRM/CTI/WFM solution for Call centers using PeopleSoft V8/ GenesysV6.5 and BluePumpkin solutions. Automated/integrated the routing and treatment of all interactions (voice,fax and internet). 
Replaced sales legacy system (Vantive) by new CRM solution and upgraded PSFT to V8.8 (the 1st implementation in Europe). 
The final solution enabled an integrated view of all customer interactions, profile, leads, opportunities customer contact accross all customer facing channels.

Mandated by the CEO and CTO to lead the commercial launch of a new telecom operator (IPO)  covering North India territories. Responsible for developing strategies & the implementation of the call center operations + the Internet help desk, (from the construction of the location to key performance indicators, recruitment of management teams, the definition of telecom HR hiring strategies, business processes, system implementations and ensured coaching and mentoring of local teams  
Spearheaded the successful soft and commercial launch,. Permitted for process optimization particularly in the area of service provisioning and network operations, (reduced the installation delays from 10 days to 3). 
Mandated by the CTO to develop and Optimized Network Planning & Operations processes.

Mandated by BCI's executive council to participate in the launch of a Brazilian telecommunication startup/IPO covering Central and North Brazil territories. Actively contributed in the development of the Strategic Plan, business plan and financial setup. Spearheaded the set up of all Call Center/Shop/Sales operations (from elaboration business processes,KPIs, SLAs, site selection and construction with local municipalities, hiring criteria and interviews, system implementation to training/hand of operations to newly hired management). Elaborated the commercial launch plan and managed the operational post-launch.
