I’m Danny Langloss, and like you, I’ve spent the past 20 years on the front lines leading in the trenches. Throughout this time, I’ve learned that leadership is not for the faint of heart. It’s complex and challenging.

As a detective sergeant, I had to keep my team motivated and empowered despite the burnout caused by long hours and traumatic incidents. We created a resilient team that consistently outperformed their peers and were energized to serve victims and their families.

When I was promoted to police chief, I inherited a toxic and divided culture. Through vision, listening, clear expectations, and strong leadership, we created an inclusive culture and became one of the most desired places to work in the region.

Later, as the City Manager, I joined a fractured and siloed team that lacked purpose, connection, and direction. Within months, we created a team united through purpose, fully committed to delivering their best for our community. Today, this team is guided by the values of “Commitment to Excellence” and “Here to Serve.”

The founder of the Impact and Dialogue Foundation is deeply committed to the fight against human trafficking. Her focus on prevention, rescue, rehabilitation, and empowering survivors, at-risk girls, and women in vulnerable communities showcases her dedication to uplifting those in need. Through her initiatives to create livelihood opportunities for women via skill training and cooperative enterprises, she inspires hope for a better future.

Her advocacy has garnered significant attention from national and international media, highlighting the credibility and impact of her transformative work.

Recognized with numerous awards from various platforms and institutions, she has truly changed the lives of countless survivors.

Her initiatives reflect a holistic approach to ending trafficking, incorporating the three Ps: Prevention, Protection, and Prosecution.

By collaborating with diverse stakeholders, she has developed innovative strategies that effectively address trafficking and migration, providing women and girls with access to income and opportunities.

She has built a team of survivors and individuals from at-risk communities who actively contribute to the foundation's mission. This has led to the creation of self-help groups and empowered women across northeast India with entrepreneurship skills to produce items such as bags, crocheted goods, handloom products, spices, and sustainable farms raising goats and pigs, plantations, pickles, and various types of chips, fostering their economic independence.

Additionally, she has established three safe spaces across three Indian states, where she provides essential training in sewing, knitting, computer skills, and English classes. This empowers girls to shape their futures and dream big.
