But every business actually runs on a simple structure:

X → M → Y

X = inputs
Y = outcomes

But the real leverage sits in the middle.

The mechanism.

- positioning
- sales thesis
- sales process

If that mechanism is weak, more input only scales inefficiency.

The same traffic can produce completely different outcomes depending on the structure of the system.
