I created a cohesive work environment by deploying intelligent automation and saving my peers and partners hundreds of hours.

Some of my accomplishments are:

• Managed a team of 13 to plan, source, kit and ship merchandising point of purchase and displays for 5K+ stores while managing a $39M budget.
• Leveraged intelligent automation to automate graphic file transfer process, saving 500 hours ($75K) annually from our agency and external suppliers.
• Created FLOW concept (Frictionless, Linked, Operational Workflow), as a guiding principle for optimizing work e.g., created Workfront integration to seamlessly open SKU#s via automation versus manual entry, to save hundreds of hours for the visual merchandising, marketing, planogram, and production teams.

MARKETING STRATEGY - My client needed to reach patients for an Rx that treats a debilitating disease.  To manage this marketing objective with dignity and grace, I began by understanding caregivers and those challenged by this disease.  I learned what matters to them. It was essential to see them and their lives first before engaging in conversation. 

MARKETING OPERATIONS - I view work through a wide-angle lens to envision and lead frictionless marketing opportunities. I look broadly across departments to understand the end-to-end workflow, looking for ways to solve pain points. I create process efficiencies via technology with the ultimate goal of providing exceptional service to internal / external stakeholders.  My experience managing business transformation, resulted in saving millions at Sprint and T-Mobile. 

PROJECT MANAGEMENT - Under high pressure situations, my focus sharpens, and I begin.  For example: 

- In 30 days, I delivered a letter from a Fortune 500 CEO via FedEx, UPS and USPS using overnight packaging.  Never been done before, and we had to design a process to accomplish this at scale (1.3M letters).  
- For 6 months I was project lead for a complex CRM database rebuild for a high-profile client.  This could not have been achieved without my careful documentation of every business rule and use case the database supported. 

These situations were daunting at the outset.  I rallied resources, forged partnerships, and through the excellent teams I was privileged to manage, we did it. 

AND SO? - Regardless of the type of work, the marketing challenge is the same, how do we work in a way that delivers optimal value at an increasingly faster pace with joy?  It's my ambition, my inspiration to uncover ways of working that meet this challenge.
