Created and facilitated hands-on activities and workshops, applying theoretical healthcare redesign and improvement knowledge to practical scenarios.
Supported interprofessional participants in the application of improvement knowledge acquired in the program to their workplace improvement opportunity.

Establish implementation governance, implementation process and training program aligned with key subject matter experts’ advice and guidance.

Access to Care Program, a transformation project to understand how patient flows through Cairn Hospital could be improved, developed several solutions to address overarching key themes to improve patient access, patient safety, and staff experience. As project officer, I worked closely with healthcare professionals during the project phases and was integral in the implementation of many solutions, such as the whole of hospital huddle- demonstrating my quick adaptability in pivoting this organisational huddle to a virtual platform in early 2020.

Specialising in healthcare redesign and improvement, my story is grounded in facilitating the inter-professional team's improvement initiatives into reality. With an attention to detail and tenacity to reframe and rethink a healthcare problem, I utilise the peoples' (clinicians and patients) expertise to create localised, redesigned and sustainable solutions.
