Daria founded the XR Ukraine Community to strengthen the XR industry and foster innovation and collaboration both nationally and internationally. As an Instructional Design Manager, I focused on strategic planning and project management for digital training initiatives. I oversaw all digital content and learning technologies, and I was highly involved in all phases of new training initiatives from brainstorming and planning, through implementation and measuring results. My team worked closely alongside the Ops Leadership, Culinary, and Ops Services teams to create and deploy some of the industry's most cutting edge digital learning programs.

I identified and implemented multiple systems and technologies to deploy digital media to over 55,000 Team Members across 1,500 domestic and international restaurants. My team strategically designed and produced all digital training initiatives aimed at driving engagement among the largely millennial Team Member population.

I developed and launched the Biomedical Equipment Technician and Pharmacy Technician certification programs. I successfully submitted program curricula and records to the Texas Workforce Commission for licensing. The BMET program pioneered distance education in the Biomedical Equipment Technician field. I worked closely alongside faculty to develop curricula, produce learning materials, and training aids.

As a civilian-contracted, certified Instructor for the Post Traumatic Stress Disorder unit at the AMEDD Center & School, I coordinated and facilitated domestic and international CEU courses for Officer and Enlisted personnel across the DoD. I originated lesson plans and audio-visual materials in accordance with Army regulations. I also entered all course data and materials into the Army-wide ASAT database and managed web-based content within the Army LMS.
