Implementation Manager and Technical Architect, Sabio. Sabio is a provider of contact centre solutions in the UK market and beyond, covering Unified Communications, Workforce Optimisation, Network Services, Customer Interaction Management and Voice Self-Service. Sabio also provides custom application development and managed services. I manage a team of 4 developers to deliver Voice Self-Service solutions, liaising with internal and external support teams, managing client expectations and relationships, and working closely with the sales and project management teams. Two additional aspects to my role are to serve as Techical Architect on roughly half the Voice Self-Service projects, and to provide technical presales support for the sales team.
