I learn and get inspired by many leaders and individuals who are making a positive impact in their respective fields. Their stories, experiences, and achievements motivate me to work towards my own goals and aspirations. I'm grateful for the opportunity to learn from them and look forward to applying these learnings to make a difference in my own way. However, I usually don’t aspire to be like them. Each person has a unique background, situation, skills, interests, strengths and resources. 

For me, Nandan Nilekani sir's journey resonates - from techie to business entrepreneur to social entrepreneur, making a meaningful impact to improve human lives with technology. 

Thanks to Shankar Maruwada for sharing insights into his and EkStep Foundation’s approach. I've learned that it's all about: Invention → Diffusion → Impact. Initiatives like Aadhaar, UPI, ONDC, eSign, and soon Voice AI demonstrate the power of technology in transforming lives. I've gained valuable insights into how EkStep thinks, plans, and executes pan-India initiatives. 

A key takeaway for me is that building the right things takes time. I'm excited to apply these learnings and make a positive impact in my own way.
