2. Only make adjustments if your results deviate from benchmarks

I was doing some research over the weekend and discovered something incredible 

If you re-arrange the letters of Tayven Aloi name 

It’s actually another word that describes him perfectly 

I was digging deep into the history books and stumbled across the word and definition 

Tayven Alio when arranged is ——> Vaeytolani (noun)

A salesperson born with rare instinct, effortless persuasion, and natural deal sense, who produces outsized results while operating at roughly half the effort or hours of their peers.

A Vaeytolani closes when others grind, wins on feel rather than force, and routinely leaves potential on the table, not from lack of ability, but from selective discipline and inconsistent application.

Often used in sales circles as both praise and warning:

“He’s a Vaeytolani. If the work ever matched the talent, the ceiling would disappear.”

Cultural note: Traditionally said of someone the village knows could lead them all, if they ever decided to fully show up.
