using LinkedIn to penetrate CxO level connections across the largest European
Companies like Generali, Zurich, Allianz, AXA, to name a few.
2. Conducted account development research for each of the targeted accounts against the
scoring matrix.
3. Monitored and reported the account progress to the Regional Sales Manager.
4. Proactively identified the Insurtech Clubs across Europe and developed new
methodologies and approaches to bring the team closer to customers.
5. Built the database of CXO's contacts and the webinar campaigns that were 5x bigger
than normal by leveraging LinkedIn to drive 200 connections per event within 2 to 4
weeks.
6. Assisted the regional team with the trends and opportunities and recommended a
targeting approach for HQs during COVID, resulting in a 30% increase in leads.
7. Successfully led the Account Scoring exercise and it's been used across regions to map and score the target account penetration.
8. Introduced the peer to peer networking/referral networking leading to a 5x increase in account penetration.
9. Achieved sales pipeline target of $400,000 to $ 500,000 Quarter on Quarter.

-Worked on MS Excel(Pivot) regarding Telemarketing Productivity Analysis
-A Powerpoint Presentation about my findings in each department to my External Guide(Asst. Medical Director) every post-lunch session helped to boost my confidence and communication skills.

Finally, I had the privilege to partake in the Employee Appraisal Program which is organized by the HR department at the end of every month to applause the best employees and to galvanize other employees to attain their best.
