If you want to make more money, run more offers.

Most agency owners and coaches don’t have a sales problem.

Their offer disappears for weeks, then they wonder why cash flow dries up.

But if people don’t see the offer frequently they won’t buy.

Your offer isn’t a one-time announcement.

This is the advice I wish someone had told me at 19 years old:

1. Learn sales.

If there’s no sales, there’s no business.

2. Work with A-Players.

Surround yourself with killers.

3. Be coachable.

You know nothing at 19 years old.

4. Find the one.

Get married young and find your one true love.

5. Health is wealth.

It doesn’t matter how much money you have…

If you’re unhealthy, nothing else matters.

6. Money does buy you happiness.

Money gives you options.

Without money, you do not have options.

7. Quit alcohol.

Alcohol makes you a dumbass.

These are the lessons I wish someone drilled into my head a decade ago.

They would’ve saved me years.

Now I’m passing them forward.

Your business doesn’t have a leads problem.

It has an engagement problem. 

Content simply creates leads. 

It’s up to you what you do with them next. 

The reality is:

Most business owners aren’t creating content.

If they are, it doesn’t solve a specific problem. 

If it does, they’re not creating enough content. 

If they are, they’re not engaging with the leads.

The result: 

- Broken content 
- Broken systems
- Broken business 

Here’s how to fix it:

Create content that solves a specific problem for a specific user. 

Release posts 5+ times a week. 

Engage with your leads in DM (don’t be a potato).

Stay top of mind by creating more great content. 

It’s simple but not easy.

Think about it...

When have you randomly dropped $10,000 without some thought?

Especially when you’re buying the brand of an aspirational identity.

So as a result, you need to:

Know all the little details about your prospects.

(Keep it non-creepy lol)

2.⁠ ⁠Personalised follow ups

Follow this structure:

“Hey [name], last time we spoke you mentioned [problem] was holding you back. Did you manage to solve that issue?”

The answer is almost always… No.

And that gives you your edge and wedge to book the call.

Track your leads.

Follow up with intent.

Then you suddenly hit another revenue month.

The whole Software Development Process was my direct responsability. I assumed the Technical Leadership & Development of the project as Chief Technology Officer. In addition was necessary to assume the responsabilities related to User Experience (UX), Product Design, Team Management...

• Long Story short:
    - It was an experiment for me, so I take it like that, seeking to learn and improve. I started with PHP and mysql and finished refactoring all the code from the ground up using AngularJS (v1), Node, MongoDB and Ionic 1

• More details:
    - At the start I used the LAMP Stack on Auto-Scalable Servers (Linux, Apache, MYSQL relational database and PHP) over Openshift PaaS.
    - After that I develop a Proof Of Concept with Python and Django over Google App Engine (GAE) scalable servers (as Instagram, Angry Birds, Pinterest & more...)
    - But finally decided to refactor all the code developing the project from the ground up using the MEAN STACK (NodeJS, AngularJS 1.x, MongoDB and Express). I used Ionic for the Hybrid Mobile App of Weelp. (Framework compatible with Cordova /Phonegap).

This project was an experiment trying to create a "Groupon"-like experience for the nightlife niche that is plenty of options in my native city (offering nightlife's plans at 70% discount if a high quantity of participants had booked).

The platform was developed by myself exclusively, using PHP, MySQL and Magento (E-commerce CMS). During that experience, I improve my business skills, met potential partners and investors who were interested in my project. 

It was my first serious project. Due to the high commercial requeriments of this kind of projects my lack of experience in multiple aspects in these moment and the launch of similar productos from big competitors I understood that was time to close it and bet for other interesting opportunites.
