I started out in journalism. Asking questions, following stories, and trying to understand what makes people tick. That hasn’t changed. I’ve just shifted the lens from newsrooms to user behavior.

These days, at Enavi, I focus on conversion research. Digging into user journeys. Spotting friction. Figuring out why people don’t convert and what to do about it.

Before that, I led marketing at one of Invesp for 6+ years. Ran experiments. Built growth systems. Helped brands scale without losing sight of the customer.

Now, I focus on what happens before the A/B test.
