Machine learning forecasting models can incorporate these external factors to produce more powerful forecasts than can be achieved via commonly used techniques (e.g., Excel's FORECAST.ETS() function).

"Done with You" - This is a coaching model where I train your team/organization and then help them successfully apply what they've learned.

"Done For You" - This is a consulting model where I do the work on your behalf.

Regardless of the mode, I focus on the nature of your business problem first and foremost. 

Before I write any code or train your team, I partner with you to develop an understanding of your business. With this baseline knowledge, I then bring my 14+ years of analytics and data science experience to the engagement.

•	Assisted internal support team to deploy and administer Office365 hybrid environment for 200 staff across five sites Australia-wide, specifically unified group management, Azure Active Directory conditional access policies, multifactor authentication (MFA), and data governance. Undertook forensic eDiscovery search and Azure sign-in audit tasks, using Powershell and Graph API functionality, to streamline management.

•	Managed virtual systems on Citrix Xen Server and VMware vSphere platforms.  Migrated on-prem server workloads to virtualised environments, including storage, network, and host hardware setup and configuration.  Provided Level 1 – 3 support, documentation, and training on systems capabilities.

•	Implemented and administered Kaspersky Antivirus central server to enhance desktop security across multiple office sites Australia-wide.  Managed Linux email gateway: analysed email usage and improved spam detection, thereby reducing mail server resource usage and improving staff productivity.

•	Managed projects to modernize and expand IT infrastructure:  Engaged with Telstra to install new fibre-based cabling and service to premises.  Tendered hardware requirements for on-premise VMware vSphere virtualisation platform.  Deployed and configured Dell 2-node compute and networked storage environment.  Formulated and enforced security, backup, and data-retention policies.

•	Generalised business intelligence tasks onto .NET web services platform.  Increased capability to deliver data across multiple applications while maintaining accuracy and single source of truth.

•	Integrated new third-party online sales order processing capability, managed catalogue, and developed associated MIS reporting, thus enabling a new revenue stream for the business.

•	Designed and developed data archiving solution to preserve all customer and internal digital job assets.  Improved information management and reduced costs through data reuse.

•	Developed script-based and .NET middleware to facilitate communication between principal MIS, prepress, and production systems.  Improved data accuracy and accessibility.

•	Automated web-scraping solution to identify and capture new requests-for-quote (RFQ) from print management websites.  Developed intranet interface to captured data that allowed staff to own and respond to requests quicker.
