Ik was in mijn functie verantwoordelijk voor het algemene HR beleid bij het Supply Center van PANalytical te Almelo. Dit hield onder andere in:
•	Het adviseren over het initiëren van acties op het gebied van organisatie- en communicatiestructuur, management development, managementstijl en taak structurering.
•	Het adviseren over de uitvoering van het HR beleid
•	Het leidinggeven aan de afdeling HR (3 FTE) en aan de receptie.
•	Het verzorgen van HR management informatie.
•	Het vormgeven en uitvaardigen van richtlijnen op HR gebied. 
•	Het communiceren over personele aangelegenheden met medewerkers en leidinggevenden.
•	Het nemen van de benodigde initiatieven gericht op de acceptatie van beleidsconsequenties en regelingen.
•	Het vormgeven aan een flexibel en slagvaardig HR beleid.
