- Created a customer intelligence dashboard for a 50,000-agent size offline terminal app leveraging Segment and Amplitude granting visibility into user behaviour, product friction and revenue growth opportunities.

- Designed and executed the email marketing strategy for a 1000-attendance event in Nigeria that led to over 20 million naira in business value for vendors and merchants.

- Created upsell and cross-sell campaigns for a ~ 5 million b2b2c fintech that led to 120% increase in multiple product usage and share of wallet across their 3 distinct apps and multiple features.

In 2018, I led a team of five to run Southwest marketing campaigns for the Global leadership Summit, University of Ibadan.

- Developed and implemented a robust 360° marketing strategy and sales funnels that led to ~100,000 youths reached, ~5000 strong communities (50% MoM) and ~ 500 event tickets (75% YoY growth) sold with ~$850 marketing budget across 3 years of operation.

- Created content calendar, compelling content (twice per day) in collaboration with design team for all media platforms for top-of-mind-awareness generation, brand’s image strengthening and community engagement.

- Designed, coordinated and implemented Influencer Marketing campaigns and campus ambassadorship activities that increased Word-of-Mouth and Viral marketing.

- Best event marketing in West Africa, Second Best site (out of 40) within 1 year of operation.

- Generated a following of over four hundred loyal followers across socials.
An output of 200 paid attendees (₦1,500 for the pioneer edition of the summit at the University of Ibadan. 
These results promoted the GLS UI and her mother site: GLS Ibadan (formerly GLS Ibadan) as the best marketing savvy team in West Africa. 


2019:
I groomed a team of seven to reach, attract and impact ten thousand youths in the South-west region of Nigeria through the Global Leadership Network's summit, University of Ibadan.

2020: I advised the Global Leadership Network's  student community and championed her Youth Network's COVID-19 Initiatives: Global Youth Digital Skills training and COVID-19 Health Series.

Results:
Over 20 000 youths reached with accurate COVID-19 Prevention measures via our digital campaigns across Instagram, facebook, WhatsApp, and twitter.
Over 1000+ youth beneficiaries of our digital skills training that spanned across Graphics design, Artificial Intelligence, Creative Writing, Photography and Culinary skills.
