I am also the founder of RIGOROUS Nutrition, an ecommerce business that offers high-quality supplements and coaching for executives who want to transform their health and performance. I launched this venture in 2021, drawing from my previous experience as the owner and operator of the first CrossFit affiliate gym in Alabama, which I successfully sold in 2019 after 12 years of running and growing it. My mission is to help professionals achieve their personal and professional goals by optimizing their nutrition, fitness, and mindset.
