-Technical lead and responsible for the health, safety & productivity of the Planet Scope constellation (>200 satellites in orbit) and previously the RapidEye constellation.
-Lead and manage automation of space operations processes and on-orbit activities.
-Lead, plan and execute commissioning campaigns and decommissioning campaigns 
- Enables a team of talented engineers to succeed shaping operations of the largest Earth Observation fleet of satellites

- Maintain maximum availability of the RapidEye constellation(5 satellites) and the Dove's fleet(+140 satellites).
This includes anomaly resolution, fleet periodic  monitoring, in orbit maintenance, in orbit experiments and orbit maneuvers. 
- Improve space segment operations and fleet management processes by automating processes, setting procedures and implementing performance metrics. 
- Mission analysis studies using different tools (i.e. STK, Matlab, Python) 
- Frequency coordination with the German administration for RapidEye.
- RFI analysis for different scenarios as required.
- Interface with the ground segment, including anomaly investigations and performance monitoring.
