Lead, Failure Modes analysis, product localization and new market scoping.

- Supported the divestment of BP's assets across 5 African countries worth $500m. Carried out resource planning, managed the development and subsequent monitoring of milestone plans, with 10,000+ line items, across 14 complex cross boarder workstreams.

- Identified customer and product growth opportunities and analysed Group company financials for a financial services company. Establish 5 year growth plans and a coordinated approach to customer targeting and new product development

- Developed market entry business case for a new entity in South Africa including roadmap, regulatory compliance and market analysis.

Selected experience 

* Created/presented Coutts and NatWest Group board and ExCo level papers and reports. External comms included thought leadership research for external panels, papers for the FCA and reward submissions for Wealth CDIO (resulted in 5 awards to date)
* Revamped the Wealth CDIO Communication and Capability function to establish a.'virtual open door' culture. Internal staff survey scores resulted in 10 - 15% uptick within 6 months in 2020 and high scores maintained since. Initiatives introduced ranged from Senior Leader connection sessions, revamped succession, capability management and DE & I plans as well as learning journeys for key roles. Multiple initiatives regarded as best practice across NatWest Group

Projects included: 

* Supported embedding of Agile (training and setting up collaboration model between Wealth CDIO delivery teams and business client journey families) 
* Wealth strategy project support, set up multiple work-streams across Coutts teams to input into NatWest Group Strategy. Supported  technology strategy for Wealth CDIO
