- Supported the divestment of BP's assets across 5 African countries worth $500m. Carried out resource planning, managed the development and subsequent monitoring of milestone plans, with 10,000+ line items, across 14 complex cross boarder workstreams.

- Identified customer and product growth opportunities and analysed Group company financials for a financial services company. Establish 5 year growth plans and a coordinated approach to customer targeting and new product development

- Developed market entry business case for a new entity in South Africa including roadmap, regulatory compliance and market analysis.

Contracted to deliver a number of reviews, transformation projects, public-facing campaigns and service redesigns by drawing upon my extensive background in children's services, community engagement, facilitation and communications. 

Current Projects for Lambeth include:
Developing the 'Youth Promise' a new employment and learning offer for all young people in Lambeth.
Creating and delivering 'UNLOCK' an innovative learning programme for young people at risk of NEET during the Covid lock down.
Leading on a 'preparing for adulthood strategy' for young people with Special Education Needs and Disabilities. (SEND)
Lead development for a youth work training course for grass roots community activists who can support a reduction of youth violence.
A series of high impact workshops for council members, staff and community leaders around tackling Serious Youth Violence.

Previously:

A large-scale review of the Youth Voluntary Sector and its relationship to Lambeth Council, with proposals and activities to improve innovation, future sustainability and more integrated processes.

Consultation and development of a public facing campaign 'Lambeth Made' and a new 5-year 'Children and Young People's Plan' to increase civic pride, community action and business support to initiatives that improve outcomes for children and young people. Involved organising high energy consultation events and working with creative agencies to develop powerful communication channels.

Service redesign of the Early Help offer. Working with staff, stakeholders, service users and partners to facilitate an ambitious co-design and review process, through engagement events, research, consultation and the development of a new an innovative practice framework.

As Director Know Wonder, I have undertaken a review of Islington Council's 'Youth offer'. Leading a team of experts, the work involved  'horizon scanning' for best innovative practice nationally, stakeholder engagement and a process of co-production and service redesign all delivered on time with excellent feedback.

Lambeth Made

Created and led Lambeth Made an innovative multi-partnership programme and campaign to improve outcomes for children and young people in Lambeth. Now undertaking specific projects for Lambeth Made.

Developed 23 programmes including work experience, social enterprise, work on ACEs, Lambeth Made Charter Mark for business, mentoring, youth arts festivals, mental health support and UNLOCK (a learning programme for at risk NEETs), plus various communication campaigns.

Currently leading on Lambeth Made projects: UNLOCK 2, Business Charter Mark Awards and YOUTH PROMISE (a new careers service for young people)

Managed a team of 14 specialist Young Peoples Practitioners and Youth Workers, creating partnerships with local schools, charities, housing and the police.

Provide training, supervision and support for my team to work with young offenders, children with behaviour and support needs, teenage parents.
Also managed Duke of Edinbugh scheme for vulnerable people and have won awards and funding from work with the Private Sector (including John Lewis)

Currently working with multiple Inner City Local Authorities to help them review and reorganise their Children and  Youth Services as well as numerous charities.  Some of my recent successes involve creating a ground breaking Community focused Early Help model for Lambeth as well developing the 'Lambeth Made' partnership brand and learning and employment offer for young people.  A post Ofsted 'leadership programme' for Newham Children's Services and now  a root and branch review of Islington Council's youth offer through stakeholder engagement and recommendations. 

Previously I have worked creatively to set up Westminster City Councils Early Help Services. I have founded and am growing disruptive tech start up Storemates, and regularly provide consulting, facilitation, team building, conference hosting and training to organisations going through significant change. I also offer a wide range of communication services such as film production, design and marketing films through my partnership with Potential Productions. (which I co-founded)

Previously I have worked globally and across  a wide range of sectors including statutory,  NGOs, Social Enterprises and Private trail blazing organisations.

I have co-ordinated an international charity (ICYE-UK), provided training and consultancy in 15 countries (Potential Training and Consultancy), managed teams of multi-agency professionals as part of an 'Outstanding'​ Children Services team in Central London, (Westminster City Council & Connexions) Co-produced 22 films about social issues, (Potential Productions) developed countless projects that have helped families live better lives and have founded a successful disruptive Internet Start up - now one of the leading lights of the Sharing Economy.
