-	Tasked to maximize the results of Questrade’s sales cycle by positively positioning Questrade’s products and services, and creating additional selling opportunities.
-	Manage multiple inbound client communication channels (calls; email; live chat).
-	Manage leads and prospects throughout the entire sales pipeline.
-	Identify sales leads and refer clients as necessary.
-	Cross-sell products and services when applicable.
-	Knowledgeable on registered accounts; including TFSAs, RRSPs and RIFs. 
-	Participate in regular sales department meetings and workshops.
-	Participate in the planning of sales initiatives. 
-	Back up other team functions as business requires.

New Accounts Specialist

-	Position held concurrently with full-time academic studies.
-	Provided direct support to the Investment Advisor and team. Delivered a high level of administrative support in a responsible and confidential manner.
-	Assisted Investment Advisor and Associate with the coordination of opening new client               accounts, compiling document deficiency reports, producing complex reports and completing correspondence.

-	Reported to the General Manager and tasked to reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts. Demonstrated a keen eye for details, ability to consistently follow up on various requests and collaborate with members of the collections team. 
-	Responsibilities included data sorting and data entry.
-	Handled confidential and sensitive material and information.
-	Completed assigned projects as requested and was able to turn documents and requests around quickly and effectively.

Assistant to the General Manager

-	Ensured the efficient day-to-day operation of the office, and supported the work of the collections team. Provided general administrative support including but not limited to answering phones, distributing mail, courier deliveries, ordering office supplies and filing.
-	Generated weekly and monthly reports using Excel spreadsheets and database software.
-	Provided customer service support for client inquiries and issues. Replied to general information requests with the accurate information.
-	Input new clients and claims into database, setting them up for collections department.

-	Reviewed invoices and cheque requests for proper approvals and accounting codes. 
-	Processed invoices in a timely and efficient manner.
-	Assisted auditor with the audit of accounts receivables.
-	Provided support to internal services including internal accountants and signing officers and various external parties such as vendors and auditors.
-	Demonstrated excellent service to clients and customers while addressing and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
-	Recorded ingoing and outgoing transactions and completed bank deposits.
