*Coaching men and women from teens to seniors, including those with medical conditions, and pregnant and nursing women. 
*Clients are taught how to eat from all major food groups, with emphasis on weight loss.
*Programs are individualized and clients are seen privately, one-on-one,  2 times a week - in the office, via ZOOM/Telephone or a combination of both.

I have 20 years of experience coaching individuals in weight loss and healthy eating habits. I’ve helped them achieve significant weight loss, and maintain a healthy lifestyle!!

I teach men and women, teens - senior citizens, with all medical conditions  how to eat from all  the six major food groups with an emphasis on Portion Control.

Carbs aren’t the enemy, and I show you ways to incorporate them into a Normal, Healthy way of eating! 

“Yo-yo dieting” is something we’re all familiar with - a repetitive cycle of losing and gaining weight right back!

After losing weight, appetite increases and your body hangs on to fat.
This leads to weight gain, and you end up right where you started or worse!

And it doesn’t help your self-esteem, either!

My specialty is working with the religious Jewish Community. And I don’t believe in
Deprivation, we need to enjoy our food!  Moderation is key!
