A primary responsibility was the establishment of a comprehensive workflow for cryogenic sample preparation for cryo soft X-ray microscopy. This required the application of my diverse skills and knowledge, from the mechanical design of microscopy-specific instrumentation to the formulation of detailed protocols grounded in cell biology for cell culture and cryogenic sample preparation.

Duties encompassed conducting cryogenic microscopy, implementing scientific methodologies, and formulation of essays for cell culture and cryogenic sample manipulation.

•	Utilized TIRFM imaging to visualize the interactions between fluorescent single DNA molecules and the HIV-host protein BAF.
•	Designed a microfluidics system combined with TIRF microscopy instrumentation to investigate the binding dynamics of fluorescently labeled HIV-host protein BAF to single DNA molecules.

Research Conduct and Analysis:
•	Formulated experimental designs to measure the association equilibrium constants for the fluorescent protein and single DNA molecules.
•	Developed comprehensive data analysis methods, including image processing and quantification, to extract equilibrium association constants based on factors such as the ionic strength of the buffers and single-site mutations of the protein.
