At 𝗗𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿 𝗩𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀, I work with early-stage companies to simplify and expand capital formation through SPV-as-a-service. This work draws directly on decades spent inside enterprise technology, AI strategy, boardrooms, investing, and founder advisory — giving me an intimate understanding of how capital processes succeed or fail, and how to remove friction so innovation can move forward.

By designing SPVs that are clear, compelling, and compliant, we strengthen investment-facing materials and reduce unnecessary complexity. The goal is to make it easier for founders to raise capital and for investors to participate in innovation in ways that are understandable, trustworthy, and durable over the long term.

Alongside this operating work, I lead 𝗕𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸, a platform I created to address a structural shift already underway: work no longer explains human value, contribution, or relevance in an AI-shaped economy.

I’ve led transformations from startup inception to $5B scale, delivered 400+ product launches, led 20 M&A transactions, opened operations in two countries, and generated $1.5B in documented value through strategic operations. I’ve worked with global teams across 15 countries and contributed to early innovations including Microsoft Teams’ federated skills-based routing engine and Ford Credit’s first online lending platform.
