PT E2Pay Global Utama is a financial technology company started in 2012 which has commitment to provide an effective and efficient electronic payment solution in order to fulfill Indonesia market needs. My first work to do here was involved in Customer Service and Customer Due Diligence business development system, reporting to the Head of Department. I also provided written Customer Service and Customer Due Diligence Standard Operational Procedure, Working Instruction, and Report Form. Then, since the company has expanded in having B2B business, I handle and also monitor customers, merchants, and partners inquiries and upgrade requests.

On February 2020, I was appointed as Acting Operational Manager with additional duty to maintain daily operational systems run well. I am also responsible for intra department communication regarding daily transaction, suspicious fraudsters and deposit biller.

PT. Global Oase Indonesia was a company dealing with e-commerce business by name Toktok.id. It focused on closed-target market which only for active civil employees. I joined Toktok.id firstly to develop, train, supervise and manage Customer Service Division. However, I also involve in its customer service business development system, reporting to the Director of Operational. 

• I provided written Customer Service Standard Operational Procedure, including documentation and trained customer service staffs on its use.
• I also organized customer service workflow and achieved target of same-day customers’ replied inquiries within first-week joining.

PT. FinAccel Teknologi Indonesia was a fast-growing start-up company which was launched in early 2016 engaged in financial technology by name Kredivo. I worked there to deal with customers’ inquiries and customers’ experience issues through Freshdesk System, Whatsapp, Social Media and Google Playstore at first. But, then I also prepared to develop Customer Service Division and reported directly to Chief Operating Officer of Product.

• I operated Freshdesk System on my first day working without any manual guidance. Then, I trained new staffs to use it.
• I maintained to resolve more than 250 customers' inquiries per day with very limited staff.
• I resigned from FinAccel due to having better offer.

Senior Customer Service Executive

PT. Giosis (Qoo10 Indonesia)

PT. Giosis was a joint venture company which had operated several marketplaces in five countries including Indonesia by name Qoo10.co.id. As a Manager, I trained, supervised and managed Customer Service Division to ensure customers’ satisfaction service level. In addition, I checked updated claim cases, including handling hard complaint issues. I also liaised with certain division regarding latest promotion/campaign and budgeted Customer Service Division monthly expenses then reported to Indonesia Customer Service Team Leader. While being a Part Leader, I acted as Quality Control of Indonesia Customer Service Division including updating and testing new system and policies from headquarter to Indonesia CS division, reporting directly to Korea Headquarter.

• I successfully trained the staffs to answer more than 1000 inquiries per day and handling incall under 180sec. 
• I successfully handled international shipping claims that satisfied both parties.
• I advised some corrections on internal web/app including on FAQ and manual guidance.
• I left Giosis in 2016 due to health issue

I was responsible to provide daily, weekly and monthly report of several clients and their competitors' coverage from magazines, newspaper and tv commercial along with their ad rates, reporting to Public Relation Director.

• I achieved target set by client every day.
• I was being self-sufficient worker under minimum supervise.
• I left Leo Burnett to pursue another career.

• I became best-selling agent on July, 2012.
• I mostly made no-error activity while working there.
