- Website speed improvement, reduced page load time from ~ 6.5s to ~1.5s, applying best practices e.g. server and client caches, image optimizations, html and javascript / css files compression (WordPress, JS, CSS)

What I'm doing as a CONSULTANT:
- Supported marketing of new landing pages with the analysis of user's queries and behaviors on page
- Analyzed results of multichannel marketing campaigns and found ways to improve both ads and landing pages, increasing conversions and conversion rate (+ 24% and +15% respectively)
- Analysis of client's tools for its accounting management. Provided an improved solution based on the current workflows and proposed options for future improvements and automations 
- Analysis of client's methods to manage rooms rents. Proposed a custom web solution to improve workflow and save hours of work every month.

Ringrazio i colleghi e le persone che in questi giorni mi hanno scritto, sbalorditi per il fatto che io sia in cerca di un nuovo lavoro.
Perdere il posto a 39 anni, con una figlia, sola, in una città diversa da quella natale, non dovrebbe succedere :)
Però succede. E se succede bisogna rimboccarsi le maniche e scalare la vetta.

Ma soprattutto, scrivere, condividere, che è un po' il cuore e il senso anche del mio lavoro. 
Esattamente: sto cercando attivamente. Sto cercando perché potrei stare ancora in Naspi ma è tempo di mettersi di nuovo in gioco. Per me, per mia figlia, perché me lo devo, perché ho studiato tanto, perché amo lavorare, anche se mi spiace non poter accettare strane offerte (strane per il mio ruolo di web editor) in cui si richiede la presenza in sede full time, magari in qualche metropoli. Se qualcuno è a conoscenza di qualche azienda moderna aperta all'ibrido o al remoto, attualmente in cerca, non esiti a mandarmi un messaggio.
