I knew everyone’s birthdays, accounting periods, and their favourite coffee.

Here’s what happened next:

I scaled super aggressively, and haven’t looked back since.

You don’t need more leads.

You need to work the leads you have.

If you want to make more money, run more offers.

Most agency owners and coaches don’t have a sales problem.

They have a visibility problem.

Their offer disappears for weeks, then they wonder why cash flow dries up.

You can have the best product in the world…

But if people don’t see the offer frequently they won’t buy.

Your offer isn’t a one-time announcement.

It’s a repetition game.

Run it again.

Tighten the angle.

Add urgency.

Make it impossible to ignore.

→ Run a 72-hour push with a clear deadline.

→ Add a fast-action bonus (extra 1:1, extra month, early-bird access).

→ Re-pitch your existing clients, they’re easier to close than strangers.

→ Put the offer everywhere: feed, stories, email, DMs.

If your ideal buyers didn’t see your offer at least 3 times this week, assume they didn’t see it at all.

Be honest:

How many real offers did you make this week?

And what happens when you 3x it?

For years, I struggled to explain what I actually did.

Content was good.
Clients were happy.
But growth was inconsistent.

The turning point was this:

I stopped trying to be everything…

and focused on the one painful problem we solved better than anyone else.

Most people never get known because they never get specific.

How to get your next 10 clients without selling your soul:

And… I used to make all these mistakes before building a 7-figure business:

1. Positioning

You need to be the guy (or girl) in your niche.

What’s the one thing you can outshine everyone on?

Positioning isn’t thinking you’re better than everyone else.

It’s having belief and conviction in what you do.

2. Offer Stacking

One funnel, one product and one offer is brutal to scale.

You’re constantly kicking people through a funnel.

Instead, pull them into your ecosystem with a series of offers.

This isn’t ‘more’ work, it’s more access to you.

People pay based on proximity and speed.

3. Simple Sales System

No one is coming to buy from you randomly.

I mean no one.

You have to go to them if you want to increase sales velocity.

For the past few years, I’ve been running lean sales teams.

The entire process, from content that generates leads to onboarding, gets smoother every month.

If you have a wonky sales system, your whole operation is cooked.

People must be able to enter your world and buy with ease.

Whatever gets you the result.

This is the advice I wish someone had told me at 19 years old:

1. Learn sales.

If there’s no sales, there’s no business.

2. Work with A-Players.

Surround yourself with killers.

3. Be coachable.

You know nothing at 19 years old.

4. Find the one.

Get married young and find your one true love.

5. Health is wealth.

It doesn’t matter how much money you have…

If you’re unhealthy, nothing else matters.

6. Money does buy you happiness.

Money gives you options.

Without money, you do not have options.

7. Quit alcohol.

Alcohol makes you a dumbass.

These are the lessons I wish someone drilled into my head a decade ago.

They would’ve saved me years.

Now I’m passing them forward.

Most businesses don’t fail because of talent.

They fail because of psychology.

It took me five years to finally understand why so many coaches get stuck at $20–40K/month… and never break $100K/month.

Here are the real reasons:

1. Complacency

You start making $20K… then $30K… then $40K.

You’re making more than a doctor.

You feel “ahead.”

So you slow down without realising it.

2. Fear

Everyone wants the $100K/month business.

Very few want what it takes.

New skills.
New systems.
New identity.

3. Identity conflict

$30K/month you is not $100K/month you.

The next level requires letting go of the version of yourself that built the last level.

Most coaches cling to the identity they’ve outgrown.

4. Skill gap

You hacked your way to $30–40K/month.

But the same “grind it out” approach won’t take you to $100K.

5. No team

You don’t need a 15-person team.

You need two killers.

One person to handle operations.

One person to help with sales.

That’s it.

Your business isn’t broken.
You’re just one degree off.

Fix the complacency.
Fix the fear.
Fix the identity.
