I manage the purchasing and sales process for the wholesale, retail and online operations of the company, mainly in the footwear and accessories lines of business. Our main wholesale sector brands are New Balance, Ipanema, Gabor, Birkenstock, Wrangler, Kangaroos and Rider, whereas in our retail business we sell a wide variety of brands, including Desigual, Adidas, Nike, Puma, Tamaris, Merrell, Bugatti, Lloyd, s.Oliver, Rieker and many others. 

This task includes all negotiations with suppliers and vendors, selection of models, pricing and promotion, advertising and marketing of brands and shops. I also analyse in-house reports of turnover, profitability and sell through data, as well as other KPIs, to improve the performance of the brands and the shops.

As of 2014, we also became the agents for Hungary for the premium women's shoe brand Gabor. 

We launched an e-commerce site for the company's products under my supervision in April, 2012. The webshop is www.lifestyleshop.hu. I am in charge of the ecommerce strategy as well as online marketing activities related to the shops. Our Romanian ecommerce site launched successfully in May 2014, while our Slovakian ecommerce shop launched in October, 2014

My team includes several sales professionals, marketing experts and well as the complete ecommerce team, and related administrative and logistics staff.
