As part of the product team I focus on optimising conversion on the mobile website. Using Google Analytics, Hotjar surveys and user interview to gain insight into customer behaviour I design and implement AB tests. The data gained from the experiments inform further iterations and open up new avenues for investigation.

I have helped foster a strong culture of collaboration. Feeding back improvements to tests during the implementation phase has been instrumental in constantly out performing the industy's standard success rate.

As well as improving our customer's experience I have helped streamline our processes, giving presentations on best practice using svg, reporting on the current architecture of the CSS and JavaScript. I consulted other members of the team and researched their suggestions further before presenting the advantages and disadvantages of each method of improving the architecture.

As a Front End Developer I have worked on a wide range of sites hosted on the The Hut Group's Java based platform. Projects have involved plenty of cutting edge javaScript, custom CSS development and opportunities for UI design. 

As a key member of the Tech Services Team I have driven forward The Mail Rewards site's responsive design. Clear communication with the customer and with the rest of the team has been key. 
Currently I am dividing my time between extending the test coverage of the AngularJS and adding new features to the site.
