Miss Group acquires 5-6 companies every year and they are all integrated with the rest of the group. The Marketing team helps build economies of scale, increasing performance and lowering costs.

In my role leading the Product Team, I led product development, research, monetization, retention and analytics for Stryda's products and services. Also during this timeframe, I was part of the team that worked on two investment rounds for the company.

I was the architect and manager of the 2.0 version of the Mr Green Marketing department. We went from being highly dependent on analog media to being close to 100% digital in a very short time. I managed the Marketing department team which included all Regional Managers, Content Creation, Marketing Analytics, Social Media, Affiliate Marketing and User Acquisition at a total headcount of 77. During my time as CMO we went from a +8% to a +34% QoQ growth of revenue in only three quarters.

Processledare i Kompetenslyftet för förskolan där jag utbildar grupper (pedagoger, handledare, chefer) från olika förskolor, i yrkesspråket utifrån olika teman som ex. Värdegrund, Pedagogiskt ledarskap, Interkulturell kommunikation, Projekterande arbetssätt, Måltidspedagogik osv. 
Arbetar också i ESF-projektet och utbildar nyanlända ukrainare till arbete inom förskola och skola. Ansvarar också för delar av utvecklingsarbetet som ex. att skapa nya utbildningar bland annat i ämnet bygg och anläggning, måleri, plattsättning osv.

Handledde och coachade förskollärare och arbetslag genom självledarskap och systematik i det didaktiska arbetet. Utifrån variablerna (se bild nedan) och mina analyser och skattningar av olika arbetsmaterial skapade jag rätt förutsättningar för varje medarbetare att kunna blomma ut och bli sitt bästa jag i det professionella arbetet. 

Mitt fokus var främst:

- Den röda tråden i det didaktiska arbetet
- Samplaneringens struktur
- Rubriker i reflektionsprotokollen
- Enskilda dokumentationer
- Måluppfyllelse 

Effekten av mitt arbete visade bland annat:

- Att varje medarbetares förmåga att kunna leda sig själv genom självledarskap ökade i alla steg när det handlade om det didaktiska arbetet, men främst när det handlade om att leda samplanering och enskild planering. 

- Genom att jag systematiskt riktade individuella frågor till varje förskollärare och arbetslag utifrån deras lägst skattade variabler så blev det ett målinriktat fokus vilket bidrog till en ökad kvalitet. 

- Strukturen på samplaneringarna utifrån den ram jag skapade, tillsammans med de rubriker jag formulerade i reflektionsprotokollen samt medarbetarnas förmåga till självledarskap, gav dem rätt förutsättningar att enbart fokusera på undervisning och utbildning när de hade samplanering. 

I slutet av läsåret visade resultatet på stora skillnader på alla nivåer. Slutsatsen blev att mitt arbete resulterade i en fantastisk utveckling på både individnivå och organisationsnivå.
