In my role leading the Product Team, I led product development, research, monetization, retention and analytics for Stryda's products and services. Also during this timeframe, I was part of the team that worked on two investment rounds for the company.

I was the architect and manager of the 2.0 version of the Mr Green Marketing department. We went from being highly dependent on analog media to being close to 100% digital in a very short time. I managed the Marketing department team which included all Regional Managers, Content Creation, Marketing Analytics, Social Media, Affiliate Marketing and User Acquisition at a total headcount of 77. During my time as CMO we went from a +8% to a +34% QoQ growth of revenue in only three quarters.

En helomvändning i karriären kan man tycka vid första anblick. Men nej, jag följer fortfarande samma passion; 

Kommunikation. Effektiv kommunikation. Människor emellan. 

Effektiv kommunikation leder till önskad effekt. Det är kommunikation som berör, inspirerar, motiverar och väcker medvetenhet. Kommunikation som leder till handling och förändring. 

Utifrån det synsättet har jag jobbat under mina 12 år inom marknadsföring och PR. Utifrån det synsättet jobbar jag fortfarande. Fast nu som coach.

När jag sa upp mig från mitt tidigare jobb sa jag också upp mig från livet som jag kände till det. Det blev min stora revolt mot ett liv med fokus på perfektionsjakt och prestationshets. Ett liv som visserligen var min trygghet, men inte det liv jag ville leva. Jag kände mig vilsen.

I mitt nya yrke har jag hittat hem och som coach vill jag hjälpa andra människor att göra detsamma. 
Min devis är ”lyckopoäng i stället för duktigpoäng” vilket betyder att fokusera på det som faktiskt gör dig lycklig, snarare än det som bara ser bra ut på pappret. Jag tror på autentisk livsstil där äkthet är nyckeln till tillfredsställande och ett lyckligt liv. 

Utifrån det tar jag mina klienter från nuläge till önskat läge. Som coach, föreläsare och inspiratör. Oavsett om det handlar om att hitta hem i livet, karriären, i en specifik roll eller i en specifik situation.
