I was the architect and manager of the 2.0 version of the Mr Green Marketing department. We went from being highly dependent on analog media to being close to 100% digital in a very short time. I managed the Marketing department team which included all Regional Managers, Content Creation, Marketing Analytics, Social Media, Affiliate Marketing and User Acquisition at a total headcount of 77. During my time as CMO we went from a +8% to a +34% QoQ growth of revenue in only three quarters.

As part of Cashmios management team, I was contributing to structuring within the company and workflow also with overall responsibility for customer acquisition. 
As I was a key member of the senior management team, I reported to the CEO and I was responsible for the efficiency of the business. My knowledge of Affiliates and the Online Gaming Industry was a great tool for me there. 

I planned, directed, and oversaw the company's operational policies, rules, initiatives, and goals. Furthermore, I helped the organization to execute long-term and short-term plans and directives by implementing judgment, vision, management, and leadership.

My responsibilities were:

	•	Oversee daily operations of the company and lead the daily work for various departments

I was responsible for the growth of affiliation traffic from Scandinavia at Mr Green. My duties included; Finding new top affiliates, negotiation exposure with existing affiliates, relationship building, daily support issues for the affiliates, travel to affiliate related conferences and much more.

I was responsible for negotiating deals with both existing top-partners and new partners. I constantly identified and acquired new channels of traffic in order to increase Casumo's affiliate footprint mainly within Scandinavia but also across the globe. 

To do this I used an analytical mind with understanding of ROI optimisation in acquisition deal negotiations where my goal was to ensure that Casumo's activities were commercially viable at all times while I at the same time work to build a long lasting relationship with our partners and affiliates. 

My position gave me the opportunity to constantly work on my negotiation skills and I was part of a cross-functional team environment giving me different angels on my day to day tasks.

I started my iGaming experience as an ambassador at Casumo in Malta, providing customer support via chat and email. I worked on the frontline, talking with our players one to one. I dealt with answering 1st and 2nd line support questions as well as questions regarding payment.
As an ambassador, I had the main responsibility of carrying out Casumo’s motto of "delivering happiness" to the players. It was my job to deliver incredibly quick and accurate answers to our players.

Being an Ambassador meant delivering the Casumo message,emotions and brand to the players. It was about making players feel good and connected with Casumo and also about helping management understand our players’ most important and direct needs. Included in my tasks were the translation of campaign texts, outbound and proactive ambassadorship via social media, and monitoring on blogs, forums etc.

From August 2012 to July 2013 I worked as a CEO Assistant at Stockholm University. My job required that I be flexible, accurate, and maintain a high standard in all aspects of my responsibilities. The work included a lot of contact via phone and e-mail, with the school Directors as well as with scientists and collaborators. Part of my typical day included schedule and meeting planning, collection of decision data, financial assignments, and assisting with the tasks prior to key meetings or events.

In July 2013 I chose to resign and move to Malta to try a new industry.

I founded and managed the company Åre Original AB in mid-2006 to 2009. During that time I created a clothing line together with our designer, designed the website with our web designer and established partnerships with several factories to start our clothing production.

We had two brick and mortar stores (Stockholm and Åre in Sweden) plus our web shop employing 5-10 people depending on the season.

In 2009 we hired a COO to handle day to day operations and enable me to pursue other goals, all the while remaining heavily involved in company matters. In June 2013 Åre Original AB was sold to a new owner.
