Responsible for the Marketing and Product Management of Miss group's +30 brands. I manage the Miss Group Marketing team with 17 members across functions like Regional Marketing, SEO, PPC, UI/UX Design, Affiliate Marketing, and Product Management. 

Miss Group acquires 5-6 companies every year and they are all integrated with the rest of the group. The Marketing team helps build economies of scale, increasing performance and lowering costs.

Stryda is an online platform delivering competitive gaming experiences on both PC and Mobile. The platform is completely scalable and can be connected with any competitive game. 

In my role leading the Product Team, I led product development, research, monetization, retention and analytics for Stryda's products and services. Also during this timeframe, I was part of the team that worked on two investment rounds for the company.

I was the architect and manager of the 2.0 version of the Mr Green Marketing department. We went from being highly dependent on analog media to being close to 100% digital in a very short time. I managed the Marketing department team which included all Regional Managers, Content Creation, Marketing Analytics, Social Media, Affiliate Marketing and User Acquisition at a total headcount of 77. During my time as CMO we went from a +8% to a +34% QoQ growth of revenue in only three quarters.

An essential part of my responsibility was the product portfolio P&L which required a laser-sharp focus on product margins and consumer lifetime value. I led the product strategy and the road map for future products and services.

Achievements:
Built up the Business Unit and Organization from scratch
Personally recruited 20 people in 9 months
Established processes and RACI for the Business Unit
Built an Online Live Service for a portfolio of games operating globally 24/7. All in less than 12 months.
Substantially increased Revenue and Profit Margins with no incremental cost
Launched mutliple new products and entered several new markets

Hej! Vad kul att du är här! William heter jag och är en service-minded verksamhetsutvecklare. 
Min drivkraft är att utveckla verksamheter, stora som små, så att de blir effektivare, bättre och starkare.
 
Jag har alltid varit målmedveten och strävat efter att utveckla mig själv och min roll i de organisationer jag varit i. Exempelvis i rollen diskare som 13 åring så gjorde jag allt jag behövde göra men framförallt gjorde jag saker som ingen förväntades sig utifrån min roll. Det var allt från att fylla på varor i köket, springa ut med mat, prata med gäster och mycket mer, samtidigt som disken alltid skulle flyta på utan hinder. Med ihärdighet och ständig förbättring i forma av rekommendationer och feedback så utvecklades rollbeskrivningen och en ny standard för rollen som diskare framtogs. 

Detta har följt med i mitt nuvarande jobb på Quicksearch där jag målmedvetet utvecklades från student som gjorde projektarbete till praktikant, till anställd applikationsspecialist, till framtagning av nya produkter och ännu mer ansvar i projekt och nu till affärsutvecklare. På bara 3 år. 

Den röda tråden har varit att hela tiden utveckla/utmana mig själv, mitt team och mina kunder för att höja standarden och upplevelsen.  

Jag tror att nyckeln till effektivare, bättre och starkare organisationer är att lyssna på feedback från medarbetare och kunder, vare sig det är NPS, CSAT, Nöjdhets-index eller egna KPI:er så börjar resan med att samla in, lyssna och agera på feedback.
