👣 A child’s future isn’t just shaped after birth; it begins even before conception!

I was always passionate about maintaining my health through various exercise routines. When we started planning for a baby, a close friend encouraged me to try the Aviva Method. Knowing I was over 30, she wanted to help me maximize my chances of conceiving naturally. She pointed out that while general fitness and holistic movement practices are great for overall well-being, they aren’t specifically designed to support reproductive health. For that purpose, I needed something different—something targeted… like the Aviva Method.

🎁I wanted to give my baby the best possible start in life. 🎁

I chose to stay open to new approaches and learn yet another set of exercises—and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I've ever made.

From the very first session, I fell in love with Aviva’s Dance. 

🌿The exercises provided me with an incredible energy boost that lasted throughout the day. 

🌿The minor discomforts associated with being a woman, along with the PMS symptoms, eased. 

🌿After just three months of practicing, I conceived on my first try. 

🌿I used the Aviva Method again when trying for my second child, and even at 35, I conceived effortlessly on the first attempt. 

🌿Now, I continue to practice these exercises, complementing them with mindful nutrition to maintain hormonal balance, eliminate perimenopausal symptoms, and control my weight.

Having personally experienced how the Aviva Method supports and empowers women through every stage of life, I firmly believe that every woman deserves to know about this natural and effective practice.

Many women discover the Aviva Method when they are already dealing with hormonal imbalance or cycle irregularities.
Here is what most don’t know:
The results don’t depend only on doing the exercises.
They depend on how you support the effect around them.

Certain factors — especially in the beginning — can unintentionally reduce or even cancel the physiological impact of the method.
Before you start, it’s important to understand what protects the hormonal response… and what weakens it.

Things like:
 👉 practicing at the wrong time of day
 👉 cooling down the pelvic area too quickly
 👉 combining it with other workouts
 👉 using external hormones
 👉 not allowing proper post-practice rest

The Aviva Method works by stimulating your body’s own hormonal response and pelvic circulation.

Why Is the Aviva Method Working for Others but Not for Me?

When we talk about menstrual cycle awareness in sport, we usually talk about coping.
But what if we also talked about timing?

Many women report that when they practice the Aviva basic sequence between days 24–28 of their cycle, menstruation may begin the following day. 

I have also personally experienced this effect, and a number of my students have shared similar feedback — especially those who learned the method in a few days before their expected period and noticed that menstruation started shortly after the session.

Of course, every body is different. The menstrual cycle is a complex hormonal system.

But feedback patterns like these raise an important question:
What possibilities could the cycle awareness, combined with the Aviva Method, create?


For elite performers — where timing is everything — physiological awareness is not a limitation. It’s strategic intelligence.
Aligning physiology with performance goals can be a powerful advantage.

This is not about forcing the body.
 It’s about understanding it.

This is not about absolute control.
It’s about informed alignment.
