Generated at least 25 to 30 leads per week, which generated over $50k of sales revenue. Worked in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM tool. Entered in leads and cleaned up the database. 
	GENERATED LEADS — Provided leads by prospecting through various news periodicals and various websites to distribute to the commercial sales teams. Used D&B Hoovers to build databases for sales representatives to market JK Moving Services’ products and services. Created email templates to use on a daily basis. Became very proficient in working in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. 
	HANDLED COMMERCIAL PHONE LINE — Answered the main commercial sales line for the warehouse, accounting department, dispatch, HR, sales team, and customer support.

	PROSPECTING - Was recruited for prospecting into commercial office buildings and multi-tenant residential buildings and selling Datawatch’s proprietary access control systems, hosted and premise-based CCTV camera systems, and Datawatch’s other managed services and products. 
	NEW BUSINESS - Generated new business by using Google Maps to determine which buildings were not Datawatch buildings. Entered each building and found out who the property manager was for the building. Researched those buildings and then marketed to the property managers by sending emails and follow-up telemarketing calls. Marketed to property management companies to speak with the vice presidents and directors of asset management and senior property managers to help them out with their portfolio of properties with our access control systems and CCTV security camera systems. Had a strong sales pipeline. 
	SITE SURVEYS - Performed site surveys to understand the property managers’ and the chief engineers’ requirements and concerns on how to best protect their properties at the base of the buildings. Determined specific doors to install door readers, elevator cabs, and parking garage gates with Datawatch’s access control system; installed fire alarm monitoring systems and designed a customized CCTV security camera system both inside and outside of the property to best view certain areas of concern at each property. 
	UPSELLING - Called on existing property management customers to try to help them out on their properties that were not online with our access control systems. Upsold on their current access control system.
	NETWORKING - Attended commercial real estate networking groups like AOBA, PMA, IREM, and NAIOP to generate business with property managers and vendors who work with property management companies and individuals who own or manage buildings.
