I had a call with a “hero” last week.

I used quotes because I don’t know him in real life.

Maybe he’s a real jerk. Who knows?

But I doubt it. He was a complete gentlemen and generous with his limited time.
So we’ll stick with hero.

At one point he asked me:

"If you know something is true and you don't say it, what does that say about you?"

A lot... :(

It wasn’t a philosophical question.
I mean, it was, but it was specific to me too.

So yeah.
That sucks.

So easy to operate from a position of fear.
Don’t do that.

We need leaders.
We need truth tellers.

It’s a journey folks... see you on the road.

The best client conversations are not usually about markets.

They’re about the uncomfortable things:

What does your mind go when the house is quiet?
If you never needed another cent, what would you be doing?
If stripped of your title… who’s left?

These aren’t easy questions.

Man... I cannot tell you how much I've figured out this way.

Something about the steady movement unlocks things.

Problems that felt impossible at my desk get. I get clarity.

Decisions I've been avoiding become obvious by mile three.

Try it.

Walk. Talk. Don't worry about looking crazy.
