I’m tired of watching men with less experience get handed authority in podcasting while brilliant women are still being told to “find their voice.”

Because lets face it, January can feel like a pressure cooker.

Everyone’s shouting about vision boards and goals and best year yet energy, but for many of us, it’s more about finding your footing again.

Especially if you’re someone who doesn’t take December off. Who juggled client work, family logistics, and last minute everything, and is now expected to bounce into January with a 6 or 7 figure plan and a new routine.
