Acheivements:
•	After 90 days, 30 evictions and $32k in delinquency, maintained occupancy at 69% and lowered delinquency to 6k with all Residents due for the current month. 
•	After 120 days, increased occupancy to 80%, increased economic occupancy from 49% to over 70%.
•	After 160 days, increased occupancy to 90% and economic occupancy to 82.76%. 
•	Feb 2011 budgeted at 76% occupied & 72% economic occupancy, closed 93% physical and 90% economic in May. 
•	Exceeded NOI by 6k in 1st quarter 2010, while extreme overages in Make Ready, due to rapid increase in occupancy. 
•	In 2011 we maintained an average occupancy of 93% at community that struggled to stay above 70%.
