I am a sales leader who believes consistency beats intensity and clarity beats motivation.

My foundation was shaped in the U.S. Air Force, where accountability is real and standards are not optional. After transitioning into real estate, mortgage, tech, and now the Home Equity Investment space, I have carried that same discipline into how I lead teams and build systems.

Today, I operate as a Manager of Sales. I am deeply data driven, but people first. I believe most burnout comes from confusion, not lack of effort. My role as a leader is to remove noise, define the right levers, and create environments where people can perform at a high level without burning themselves out.

Outside of work, endurance sports play a big role in how I think. Marathons and long distance Triathlon (140.6 Distances) have reinforced lessons I bring into leadership every day. Progress is built in the quiet hours. Identity cannot be tied to a single race or result. The work that compounds most is usually invisible and uncelebrated.

That mindset carries into how I lead. I care about long term development over short term spikes. I focus on building durable habits, clear frameworks, and repeatable execution. I am less interested in hype and more interested in what actually holds up over time.

For reps who I have the privilege of collaborating with, expect high standards, honest feedback, and real investment in your growth. I care about who you are becoming, not just what you close this month.

For leaders and partners, my approach is simple. I optimize for durability over peaks. I build systems that scale without heroics. I play the long game.
