During this job position, I manage a portfolio of clients with reference to various industries and provide exceptional service deliverables, following contractual terms. I examine financial/non-financial data to create holistic credit reports. I resolve customer concerns and provide viable solutions, earning customer satisfaction. Process personal loans, overdrafts, and credit card applications while catering to savings, investment, and financial security needs. Mentor new hires and existing officials to reinforce learning.

Major Accomplishments:
• Forged forward contracts, foreign exchange, trade finance, and cash management solutions for customers.
• Oversaw and fulfilled entire governance, risk, and compliance reporting needs on daily, weekly, and monthly basis in accordance with internal audit.

I executed credit analysis, created reports, and cross-sold products while nurturing client relationships through optimal service. I ensured precise client records and adhered to compliance with Data Protection and Consumer Protection Code through data controller.

• Organised fund-raising event to facilitate a local charity organisation.
• Cultivated skills of Credit Underwriters in grooming personal skills and achieving performance metrics.

Assistant Relationship Manager

During this term in the office, I drove efforts to coordinate cast/cheque payments, routine balancing of tills/safes, FX official, cast spot inspection, and fraud detection. I acted as a central point of contact on
new/existing product knowledge, account opening, and financial queries. I determined sales opportunities and guided to sales advisors.

• Acknowledged as 'Credit Card Champion' for two years, driving numerous campaigns to achieve 100%+ of plan.
• Ensured zero rate in cast inconsistencies and kept till balanced.
• Developed communications platform for entire staff in High Street branch and enabled adaptation across all branches.
• Led 'Build A Bank' programme as Student officer, aimed at enhancing student learning.
• Closed of Thomastown branch and facilitated transition of customer integration to High Street branch.

I planned out the year's events and invited SME owners and professionals to talk to the members at the monthly events. I hosted each event, which were held online due to the pandemic and open for all members and non members nationally to attend. 
Outside of the main events, smaller more localised events were held to encourage networking and grow opportunities. 
In conjunction with local businesses, I arranged a charity event, in which we exceeded our financial target.
