Should advertisers use the view-through attribution?

Why does attribution matter?

It's the food we feed to the algorithm:

→ Controls the quality of your data.
→ How your results are reported.
→ Conclusions you make.

View-through attribution = low-quality data.

It's low-intent people who just see the ad.

It's the #1 cause for over-attribution.

The click-based model is more accurate.

It's a huge problem for omnichannel businesses.

Solution?

→ Analyse attribution settings in column settings.
→ Test all attribution settings and look for correlations.

But should every business use the same attribution setting?

No.

High AOV = longer attribution window.
