• Delegate with intent, not desperation
• Treat top clients like partners
• Publish content consistently, even when it feels pointless

If you can't boil down your offer to ONE sentence that, by itself, is compelling... it's too complicated.

Don't test ads.
Test ANGLES.

With Meta's last update, you need 10-30 NEW ad variations every week.

But simple variations of color, words of format aren't enough...

You need different pain points. Avatars. Hot buttons.

Here's a list of "meaningful variations" I keep for myself:

-Persona (who are you talking to?)
-Problems (what are they running from?)
-Desire (what do they want?)
-Angle (before/after, social proof, etc)
-Mechanism (what makes your solution unique)
-Format (picture, video, carousel, etc)
-Awareness level (are they problem aware? solution aware? product aware?)

Take your winning ad and create 10+ variations using this list.

Pick different problems + formats = you have dozens of new ads created

This is what allows you to scale today. Creative diversity. Intentional testing.

Old way:
-Find the perfect audience
-Scale 1 ad
-Create variations

The 2026 way:
-Your creative is the targeting
-You need an ECOSYSTEM of ads
-Test different angles, not simple variations

The game is pumping out new creatives at scale.

Not just any creatives. But 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡-𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 creatives that speak to different pain points and avatars in your target audience.

If you presented your offer with full transparency, would it convert?

I see so many people trying to 'dress' their offer with features and benefits.

But the CORE offer - a simple "here's what this is, who it's for, and what it'll do for you" - should be persuasive on its own.

How do you do this?

👉 Sell painkillers, not vitamins.

Your market has many problems. Is your offer solving the #1 that keeps them up at night?

👉 Make the outcome crystal clear.

"I help businesses scale" is vague. "I create 100+ ads per week so you can scale" is clear.

👉 Remove the fluff.

If you stripped away all the fancy language, bonuses, and positioning - would someone still say "I need this"?

👉 Test it with one sentence.

Can you say what you do in 10 words or less, and have someone immediately know if it's for them?

Don't sell "nice to have"... sell "MUST have".

No amount of copywriting will fix a weak offer.
