- Editing content on SharePoint pages for all ODC projects.

- Providing fortnightly status updates at project and program level to the senior stakeholders.

Contracting opportunity based at the Global Business Centre, is responsible for the day to day allocation of work for document specialists and translators:
- Key point of contact for solicitors requesting work to be carried out by Document Specialists.
- Allocating work to Document Specialists, Translators and Managers through using workflows and Vfire.
- Ensuring the solicitor’s expectations were managed and all service level agreements were reached.
- Coordinating Work Allocator handovers including any work hour constraints or high work volumes.
- Communicating with internal and external Translators for documents that were required in different languages.

Working within the risk team in preparation for external audit to be conducted on IFA’s client files including pensions, insurance and investment products:
- Communicating with external financial advisers in preparation to retrieve their client files.
- Validating key risk client files ensuring the correct financial documents were included.
- Uploading both the client’s and financial adviser's information on Salesforce. 
- Collecting data from Salesforce to update the file retrieval report and provide daily status updates. 
- Creating internal payment process on Salesforce enabling the team to action refunds to clients.

Government procurement role working in the PMO department, providing project support for the release of a new Salesforce portal called BuildVic: 
- Updating program documentation including PIDs, Steer Packs and BPMN process mapping. 
- Creating internal user guides for underwriters for Synergy and BuildVic. 
- Reviewing extended contracts from clients to update financial spreadsheets in Excel. 
- Tracking requirements catalogue by capturing enhancements raised by stakeholders and providing analysis to the senior leadership team.  
- Raising user-driven defects found on BuildVic in Jira. 
- Minute taking during external stakeholder meetings using Lotus Notes.

Horwich Farrelly

Operating in an agile environment whilst working on different projects including Guidewire, NewWorld, DPI-DLIT and reporting to the director of PMO: 
- Updating process maps on Microsoft Visio for the Business Analysis and Project Managers.  
- Conducting GAP analysis for the ‘As Is’ process in the finance department. 
- Organizing workshops including creating steer packs and taking minutes.  
- Maintaining RAID logs for three projects and providing updates in weekly meetings to senior leaders. 
- Performing data analysis in various areas of NewWorld through using Excel particularly pivot tables, macros, and formals.  
- Monitoring workloads in Microsoft Project and providing status updates to the PMO department.   
- Cognos testing against new and existing MI reports specifically format, layout, and data. 
- Research analysis of existing legal case management systems to help develop the NewWorld project.

This employment was contacted on a part-time basis as a customer service adviser my key responsibilities were:
-	Resolving customer’s technical television issues raised by phone or live chat. 
-	Educating customers on the billing cycle especially those who were continuously in financial difficulty.  
-	Selling the additional products, I became the highest sales advisor for two consecutive months.
-	Call listening for other advisors providing feedback on improving the customer experience. 
-	Reaching the weekly KPIs set including average calling handling time and after-call work. 
-       Sky guide: were I oversaw new employees and aid them with difficult calls and situations.
