Why We Started SaasFluence

Before SaasFluence, I ran an outbound agency, Applus Leads. Through that experience, we worked with some incredible B2B tech brands — companies with fantastic products and real value to offer. But despite outbound efforts (cold calls and cold emails), they weren’t getting the traction they deserved.

A big reason?

Their LinkedIn presence and engagement were minimal. Most had only a few hundred page followers and very little visibility in the market.

That lack of recognition made it hard to convert cold leads. Without social proof or brand mentions, prospects were hesitant to engage — especially in the highly competitive sales tech space.
What they really needed was a new approach — one that would:

That is the only way I can believe that what you are saying is something I can use in my life too.

Jesuit Refugee Service exists to accompany, serve, and advocate for forcibly displaced persons. This mission calls for leadership that pairs compassion with discipline, and moral conviction with operational excellence. Care without structure does not serve people well, and values must be supported by sound governance and responsible stewardship.

The principles that guide my work include ethical stewardship, discernment, and presence. These principles are relevant across sectors, particularly in roles where leadership decisions carry real human consequences and long-term responsibility.

Across my career in Asia-Pacific, I have led teams through periods of growth, crisis, and transformation. These experiences taught me that leadership is not about control. It is about listening, making tough decisions carefully, and staying calm when things are uncertain.

Above all, I seek to lead in a way that honours human dignity, especially where voices are most easily overlooked.
