As Learning & Development Manager at Netrio, I managed our Learning Management System (LMS) and led the development of a learning strategy aligned with company goals and employee growth. I partnered with executives to identify training needs, implement customized learning solutions, and support organizational change through strategic learning initiatives.

I designed and developed engaging blended learning experiences, combining eLearning, instructor-led sessions, and on-the-job training to drive performance and knowledge retention. I also played a key role in change management efforts—supporting system rollouts, process changes, and cultural shifts with timely, relevant training that helped teams adapt and thrive.

By leveraging emerging technologies and staying ahead of L&D trends, I helped position Netrio for scalable growth and long-term success.

In my role, I had the exciting opportunity to support and nurture the Geek Squad's vendor partnerships, particularly with leading tech giants such as Apple and Samsung. I played an integral part in the deployment of vendor repair programs across various Best Buy Geek Squad locations, fostering stronger relationships and streamlining the repair process.

Training Operations Analyst

During my tenure, I had the privilege of leading the facilitation of Best Buy Community Relations Geek Squad Academy events. This role allowed me to organize and manage STEM education events across the United States, specifically targeting underserved youth.

An integral part of my responsibilities included fostering and nurturing relationships with our non-profit partners, ensuring a mutually beneficial collaboration. I was also the primary point of contact for media inquiries and interviews, acting as the public face of our initiatives.

Additionally, I managed event employees on-site, ensuring smooth operations and a positive environment. This blend of community outreach and operational management allowed me to develop a unique skill set that marries people-oriented roles with task-driven responsibilities.
