Created and distributed cutting-edge communication tools for a variety of internal/external stakeholders. Managed several web pages and regularly authored content. Closely monitored all project metrics to ensure positive impact and effectiveness. 

Key Accomplishments

-	Delivered a substantial increase in application visibility via print, email, and web by developing on-point quarterly and yearly communication plans and strategies in collaboration with executive team.
-	Drastically enhanced the user experience by releasing multilingual profile sheets and 100+ Quick Start Guides designed to provide easy to follow and in-depth instructions for applications, components, and dashboards. 
-	Drove increased user engagement by closely collaborating with media vendor on the design of tutorial and promotional videos; developed concept, script, and storyboard along with final video placement within web pages and applications. 
-	Redesigned the AIG IntelliRisk Services corporate webpage (2nd most frequently visited AIG page) and performed routine content management analysis to ensure effectiveness.
-	Led successful effort to improve email marketing outreach, achieving 10% higher unique open rate compared to insurance industry benchmarks; results were obtained by implementing Oracle’s Responsys Platform to quickly release 20+ campaigns made up of 60 individualized versions targeting brokers, policyholders, and AIG industry partners.

Senior Marketing Communications Specialist

Hired to create, review and analyze business requirement documentation for system/process changes, new strategic initiatives or operation/business requests. Responsible for the design and development of content for users (internal/external) communications, including supporting the marketing efforts for the project and account teams with tools for presentations, collateral for meetings and user group trainings. Designed and maintained in print and digital form end-user training material, system user guides, FAQ’s etc. accessible through applications and SharePoint sites.  Acted as a liaison between users and development teams to communicate new releases, upcoming enhancements, and changes to product suite.  Collaborated with product development and technical teams to ensure consistency of branding and legal requirements (disclaimer and Trademark analysis) for product launches/releases and system enhancements.  

Key Accomplishments

-	Played a key role in the corporate-wide rebranding efforts from Chartis Insurance to AIG. 
-	Joined forces with technical and product development teams to help ensure all IntelliRisk Services applications were brand and legal compliant based on new corporate guidelines.
-	Organized 3 highly successful IntelliRisk Services User Groups to maximize efficiency of new application; each 3-day long user group partnered Account Management Teams with customers to provide hands-on, individualized support.
-	Coordinated all release communications, marketing efforts, and reference documentation (Quick Start Guides (QSGs), Product Profile Sheets, videos, webpages, etc.) in conjunction with business, technical, and product teams to ensure a reliable stream of the most up-to-date information.
