With 20+ years in technical and business leadership spanning DoD roles as a federal employee and private-sector small firms I bring proven expertise.  

Currently, as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at Mahlet, Inc., I’m leading the charge to redefine enterprise optical network cybersecurity with full-stack, Two-System Integrity (TSI) solutions for high-threat industries.  

Off the clock I'm a fitness enthusiast, personal finance geek, and real-estate investor...on the lighter side, I love socializing with friends, the Cleveland Browns, attending festivals, hitting local breweries, and chilling with a movie and a video game (at the same time🤯).

I've moved a ton throughout my life, but currently find myself with my family in the Washington, D.C. area enjoying all four seasons in moderation.

When I was a federal employee, I had two commutes to get to/from work each day.

The first was by car.
The second by foot.

Just me?

Reporting to the President/Pastor of SS Peter & Paul Parish and Catholic School as part of the Executive Management Leadership Team, direct overall business operations and finance/accounting requirements while working in collaboration with the Parish Corporate Board of Directors, the Parish Finance Council, the School Board, the accounting staff, the parish/school directors and principal to oversee budgeting, planning and income/expense management while serving as Chief Financial Officer and financial liaison for all boards and committees within the parish and school communities to serve the 2,500 parish families, 412 students in grades K through 8, and 126 total staff members in addition to allocating a combined budget of $5MM.

Management of all human resource operations for the parish and school including recruitment, interviews, background checks and compliance, onboarding, payroll processing, compensation oversight, employee appraisals, employee relations, manager training, employee training, coaching and performance improvement plans and  conducting exit interviews upon separation from service.

Work closely with all departments and corporate entities of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Tucson to further the mission/ministry of SS Peter & Paul.
