Want to go on a hike with me?

Not metaphorically. Literally. Trail shoes, fresh air, 2-3 hours walking through nature.

I get the value of networking. Talking to other managers, sharing what works, learning from people who face the same challenges.

But I dread the usual format: driving into the city after work, sitting in artificial light, having a drink with strangers while calling it "relationship building."

So I'm trying something different.

Small group hikes for managers in the Stuttgart-Heilbronn-Schwäbisch Hall region. 4-8 people. No pitching, no business cards, no performing. Just walking and talking with people who get what it's like to carry responsibility.

Because the best conversations happen when you're moving. When the setting is relaxed. When people open up in ways they don't in conference rooms.

Managers benefit from talking to peers - people walking in the same shoes, facing the same tradeoffs. Real connections just work better with fresh air and movement.

First hike is late February. Testing this with a small group.
