The Backstory (Why I built this): My journey wasn't straight. 🎓 2013: At 19, I lost my father. That grief made me fearless. I promised to build something that mattered. 💼 The Struggle: over the next few years, I worked at 17 different companies. I was searching for a team I aligned with, but I never found it. The hiring system was broken—obsessed with keywords, devoid of human connection.

The Experiment: In 2019, I started my own agency (from a mud-walled, nature-filled office!). We worked with clients like Canva and IIT Roorkee. But I saw the same problem again: Resume Obsession & Misaligned Teams. Hiring is Broken. We are Fixing it. 

The Solution: I stopped complaining and started building. Coderfarm is no longer an idea. It is LIVE. 🟢

My passion for technology began as a child, when I would take apart my first computer just to understand how it worked. That curiosity became a practical mindset: exploring systems, understanding their logic, and imagining how technology could evolve beyond existing models.

Today, I am CEO of Cubish S.r.l., an innovative Italian startup developing a geolocated digital ecosystem built on the Spatial Web. Cubish enables individuals, communities, institutions, and businesses to create, share, and interact with digital content anchored to real-world locations.

The platform structures the Earth into over 5.1 trillion 100 m² cubes, each capable of hosting thousands of Cube Domains: digital spaces for multimedia content, services, information, and interactions. Cube Domains can expand across multiple cubes, connecting streets, squares, buildings, shops, territories, and events, creating a multilayered, distributed, and merit-based ecosystem.

Cubish is designed to integrate immersive technologies such as AR, VR, MR, and XR, creating an intelligent digital layer seamlessly integrated with the physical world.

The project is protected by PATENT PENDING No. 102025000004906, filed on March 10, 2025, and extended to over 150 countries through the PCT procedure PCT/IB2026/052012.

My goal is to build one of the first scalable geolocated digital ecosystems, where the web evolves into an interactive spatial experience capable of generating tangible value for people, businesses, territories, and new markets.

🚀 Reality is becoming… ridiculously digital.

🪰Here is a fly. Now imagine its brain reconstructed from a real biological connectome, connected to a virtual body, and placed inside a simulated world where every smell, every light, and every movement is perceived as real.

🤯 This is not science fiction. It is Eon Systems, using NeuroMechFly together with MuJoCo, recreating more than 125,000 neurons and 50 million synaptic connections from a fruit fly brain. Every stimulus in the virtual environment activates the digital neural model, which in turn drives the virtual body. In practice, a fly moving through a digital world… without knowing it.

And here is where it becomes fascinating: this digital fly could theoretically persist indefinitely. No biological aging, no organic decay, only computational continuity, as long as the system remains active. A form of functional immortality, limited only by infrastructure.

🤔But this is where the deeper question begins: if we can preserve and simulate something this small today, what happens when the same principle is applied to far more complex systems? The line between biological existence and digital persistence becomes thinner, while the boundary between what is real and what is simulated starts to dissolve.

This is not only science. It is philosophy… with a disturbing edge. Because sooner or later, technology will force us to confront a new question: what deserves continuity, and what happens when intelligence no longer depends on biology?
