The Mission: I am building Coderfarm – A reputation-based hiring platform where startups hire Developers based on Trust & Skills, not just Resumes.

The Backstory (Why I built this): My journey wasn't straight. 🎓 2013: At 19, I lost my father. That grief made me fearless. I promised to build something that mattered. 💼 The Struggle: over the next few years, I worked at 17 different companies. I was searching for a team I aligned with, but I never found it. The hiring system was broken—obsessed with keywords, devoid of human connection.

The Experiment: In 2019, I started my own agency (from a mud-walled, nature-filled office!). We worked with clients like Canva and IIT Roorkee. But I saw the same problem again: Resume Obsession & Misaligned Teams. Hiring is Broken. We are Fixing it. 

The Solution: I stopped complaining and started building. Coderfarm is no longer an idea. It is LIVE. 🟢

Dheeraj Khandare

Holding a degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Universidad Veracruzana and a postgraduate specialization in Electronic Engineering from Universidad de las Américas, Puebla (UDLAP) through an excellence scholarship, my background includes a strong focus on Power Electronics, particularly in DC to AC conversion using a single-stage voltage boosting inverter for photovoltaic systems.

With over a year of experience as the Regional Supervisor of Information Technologies for the northern and peninsular regions at ETESA de C.V. in Xalapa, Veracruz, a deep understanding of regional IT operations was developed. Currently, a full-time professorship in the Mechatronics Engineering Department at Instituto Tecnológico Superior de Poza Rica has been held for 16 years. Responsibilities encompass both academic and administrative duties, including the development of annual work plans, participation in certification processes, and curriculum updates.

Extensive professional development includes not only pedagogical training but also technical training validated by Tecnológico Nacional de México. This encompasses certifications in LABVIEW, competency development, virtual learning environments, inclusive education, the lithium value chain, data science, semiconductors, and more.
