• Monitor General Average cases and follow up with the load port and average adjusters in order to settle General average and recover the necessary revenue losses incurred.
Provide backup to Managers, in day to day shipping business, ensuring bill of lading are thoroughly checked by the documentation team and reverted within 2 hours.
•Ensure the Bills of Ladings are rated as per the global rates, Supervise Global Manifestation and verification activity. Intimate the agencies in case of discrepancy, in order to prevent revenue leakages.
•Time and Resource planning to ensure optimum utilization in respect to achievement of set team and individual target and timeliness.                                                                          •Co-ordinate with global concerned departments to ensure highest level of data accuracy. •Co-ordination with principles head offices & Port of loading on documentation issues.
•At present leading Documentation team and handling documentation from Europe / Far East / Gulf 
 South America towards INDIA.

  Senior Managers.
. Visit Port terminals to monitor Operations during Vessel   
  Berthing & Sailing.
